The Publsh overlay is one browser source you add to OBS. It renders a booked ad over your stream, in a placement you approved, and it is the piece that makes measured exposure possible: the ad and the stream are the same picture, so what viewers saw is something the system can account for.

You add a single Publsh browser source to your scene in OBS and paste your overlay link once. That is the whole install. It sits over your stream and renders nothing until there is a booked ad to show.
When a flight you approved is live, the overlay renders that creative in the placement you set, a corner, a lower-third, or a banner, exactly where both sides agreed it would sit.
Because the card is composited into your broadcast, the sponsor is burned into the VOD and every clip that comes off it. The placement keeps working after the stream ends.

The metering model, how rendered time is defined and turned into a billable total, is built. The live capture path that streams every second of what the overlay rendered off a running broadcast into that model is still being built and carries privacy and platform terms we are working through first. So the honest claim today is that the overlay renders and is designed to be the serving side of measurement, not that there is a finished, fully running live meter.
