How do Kick sponsorship rates work?
Kick sponsorship rates are priced on the audience actually watching when your ad is on screen, not your follower count. Publsh measures that in viewer-seconds, and you set the rate yourself for each placement.
Priced on who actually saw it
A follower count is a number from years of history. It doesn't tell a brand who's in the room tonight. Publsh counts viewer-seconds: every second your ad is rendered, multiplied by the live audience watching it. That's what a brand pays for, and it's measured from our own overlay, not self-reported.
You price each placement
You set a rate for each on-screen slot (a corner logo, a lower third, a banner strip) by the hour. You can add a premium for your biggest nights (an event, a peak window) and hold a category exclusive so a brand isn't sitting next to a rival. New rates only ever apply to new bookings. Anything already booked is locked.
One placement at a time
Only one ad renders at once, so the slot stays scarce. That's what lets you charge properly for it instead of racing competitors to the bottom.
Gross, then what you keep
Your published rate is gross. Publsh takes a flat 12.5% (8% for founding creators) and you keep the rest, shown to you net, so there's no surprise at payout.
No fake benchmarks
We don't publish a rate figure we haven't measured. As bookings run, this page will show measured ranges by audience size and category. Today it shows you how the pricing works so you can set yours with your eyes open.
Frequently asked
How are Kick sponsorship rates calculated?
On Publsh, rates are set by the creator and priced on viewer-seconds (the live audience on screen while the ad runs) rather than follower count. Creators price each placement by the hour, can add event or exclusivity premiums, and keep 87.5–92% after the platform fee.
